International Federation of Harm Reduction in Healthcare is a non-governmental, apolitical, and non-profit organization founded in July 2021 on the initiative of a group of international specialists (doctors, drug addiction physicians, psychologists, educators, social workers and lawyers) from the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria and Israel willing to participate in specific measures to reduce economic, social, and medical risks of developing substance addictions and behavioral addictions at local, national, and international levels.
